What we promise
Selling something that you've put your blood, sweat, and tears into can be daunting. Here's what we guarantee you if you decide to work with us.
Protect Your Legacy
Just because you sell your business doesn't mean that people stop associating your business with you, so you don't want to sell to someone who will run your good name into the ground. We guarantee that your branding and business name will be kept and honored, front and center, not simply absorbed into another brand or done away with completely.
Preserve Your Team
A business is more than just the product or service it delivers; at its core, it is the people behind it that make it what it is. Whereas a private equity buyer might fire half your team by the end of their first year of ownership, we promise to retain your team members, promote from within, and rely on their expertise to help us grow your business.
serve your clients
First responders and military servicemembers are a unique type of client or customer, and they can't be served at a high level by someone who has no idea what they experience on a daily basis. Our top priority is to respect their service and sacrifices by providing them with the best care possible, from the first moment they interact with us.
We buy us-based businesses that meet the following criteria:
Profitable
We like to see $400k - $2.15M in annual profit, but if you've got a stellar smaller or larger business, please still reach out!
Long-Lasting
We love a business that's been around for 10+ years, but we require 3+ consecutive years of profitable operational history.
Strong Margins
Ideally, your business has at least a 10% net profit margin, meaning for every dollar you make, you keep at least $0.10.
Existing Team
Whether it's made of 1099 contractors or W2 employees, we're looking for a business that has a team beyond the owner.
